Shipping policy

Our tees are printed to order by The Print Bar and shipped directly to you.

Printing is currently estimated at approximately three business days before dispatch. This excludes delivery time and may vary with garment availability and demand.

Standard Australian shipping starts at AUD $10.80. Available destinations, shipping options and the total shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Express shipping, where available, applies to delivery after dispatch and does not shorten production time. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, email info@matesontheway.community promptly. Address changes may not be possible once processing has started.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact info@matesontheway.community with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment provider and help resolve the issue.
